Wireless hardware issue

First, just make sure that on Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings you did not select Go Offline.

After that, please do a power reset on your console and modem:

1. If you have an external HD, please unplug it and let it unplugged for testing purposes.

​​​2. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. Turn off your router too. ​​​

3. Unplug all the cables (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 2 minutes. Do the same with your router.

4. After 2 minutes, plug all the cables in again (except for the external HD) and turn your console and router back on.

Thanks for your post. To continue troubleshooting for this issue, try a
Soft Factory Reset. A soft factory reset will reset the operating system on your console but, keep games and applications installed. Doing this will effectively remove any software issues related to the Xbox console itself which could correct the issue
with the console being disconnected repeatedly from the internet.

so I tried everything u said and it didn't work I might just have to get a new xbox thanks for your help if u find anything else please let me know I have been dealing with this for months and a fix would be appreciated thanks again for all your help

Maybe the wireless component has just died. Try and get a hardwire connection. It looks like your Xbox will be best sent off to repair.

IF THE CONSOLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET no progress or purchase data will be lost, what we accomplish by doing these steps would be to resync the profile to the cloud getting rid of any corruption as a byproduct.
