Hi I need help with my wireless adapter for my control of xbox one, the issue is that I bought it a month ago and the first week it worked perfectly after I began to give problems it began to disconnect very often (the light of the adapter was Was frozen
and did not respond) and then simply the control did not detect it, I started to throw errors like code 10 that used to be the most frequent, I format the pc believing that it would be fixed but it was not so, the problem still believed that Was something
of the drivers so uninstall them several times at the beginning worked that but did not last long the control connected and was disconnected again now the problem is worse since at least the adapter light is now on not even lit, I do not know what the problem
will be Driver, adapter or control please I need help to correct this problem and it has not more than two months of use and it is already failing me. My operating system is windows 7 ultimate.

2nd Xbox one controller with wireless adapter

I have two Xbox one controller and the wireless adapter. Both controller are updated and the driver of the adapter is updated too.

Both controllers find the wireless adapter but only the first works correctly. The second is detected as a controller but it doesn't work.

My PC is a Windows 10 64 bits.

Any idea?
