Bandwidth usage goes from 10+ Kb/s straight to 0 to 10+ again. Its causing my online gaming to freeze or lag along with online movie streaming.

Slow Xbox Connection and random disconnections.

The issue may be with the wireless router itself. If the Wireless router is a G Router then it will not be providing the optimal bandwidth needed for the wireless n adapter for the console.

If you do indeed have an N router then you can try resetting your wireless router to factory settings
