Wireless display to Xbox one

Hello

I am trying to use the Wireless Display with my Xbox one.

I just downloaded the app to the Xbox and hooked the com up to it and I can see the com on my xbox but I do not have the " Allow input from a keyboard or mouse connected to this display" check box for me to get my xbox controller working in the app.

when I go to Action center and click on connect there is no check box by my device.
