Wireless Controller Problem with my Battery Pack

    Guys hello,

i have my rechargeable battery pack for my controllers and normally the batteries are working in one controller , but with the other one aren't. In this controller when i put AA Battery it works very good, but with rechargeable batteries it won't work. Both
the batteries works fine in the other controller.

DO you have any suggestion how to fix it ?

    Thanks

    :)

Xbox one controller says it's connected but isn't working

To resolve this issue, determine the faulty component and then replace that component:

    The Xbox One Wireless Controller

To troubleshoot the wireless controller, try using AA batteries, or try a different Xbox One Rechargeable Battery Pack to verify that nothing is wrong with the controller. If the controller works with different batteries, it isn't causing the issue.

The Xbox One Play & Charge cable

To check whether the cable is the problem, try a different Play & Charge cable (or any standard USB to micro-USB cable) to charge the battery. If the battery charges correctly with a different cable, your charge cable is faulty.

    The rechargeable battery

To troubleshoot the rechargeable battery, try the following:

Use a cotton swab and some isopropyl alcohol to clean the four gold contacts on the Xbox One Rechargeable Battery Pack and on the Xbox One Wireless Controller. Then try to charge the battery again.

Try a different Xbox One Rechargeable Battery Pack with the charge cable. If the second battery charges correctly, your original battery is faulty.

  3. Controller/Headset Question

Hey Blash, I've had this problem myself before. I've found that sometimes the battery pack in the controller wiggles around a lot and this causes issues between the wireless connections between the controller and the console. I would suggest either changing
battery packs or a new controller if it is a well worn controller.

[SOLVED]Xbox One audio keeps cutting out when connecting headset

I have the battery pack removed and the controller wired, I tried it with batteries and wireless connection and the problem persists either way.

    problems with wireless controllers

My controllers are doing the same thing. They are both wireless controllers. I tried one with new batteries and the other with a battery pack. When it's plugged in with the battery pack it works and even says that it has a full charge. When I disconnect
the cord, it won't reconnect to the XBOX. I don't have anything new (wireless or bluetooth or anything) that would be interfering with the signal - to my knowledge.
