Wireless Controller Not working

This is the second time i am contacting X box help desk (id [Mod Removed]) .I bought a xbox accesory kit from Amazon including a Wireless controller, X box remote , HDMI cable and 3 month Xbox Live code.

The last time i contacted the help desk , I was told to reply the email with the Xbox Live code . I waited for the reply however did not receive any response yet. Luckily i tried using the Xbox Live Code today and the code was accepted.

My second issue was that the wireless controller was not working, please let me know how i can get the controller fixed.

Headset and wireless controller

6 week old Xbox one, wireless controller and head set, all working fine and now headset and controller not working together. Checked headset else where and working fine, checked controller and all working, any suggestions please . Have already switched
off and reset, disconnected controller and re-set already still not worked

Try pressing the sync button on your xbox until it flashes and then press and hold the sync button on the controller until the lights start spinning and flashing. Hopefully it should connect. Also, if your not sure if its the controller or the console, maybe
try the controller on a friends console or your friends controller on your console. hope that helps

 

When did you purchase these items? It may be easier to see if you can return the controller to the seller for an exchange.

In the meantime, what have you tried to get the controller connected to the console?

Second, Its been more than 2 months I am trying to get this fixed. I don't get a prompt response from Microsoft office, second I get contradictory statements ...I was asked to contact the service center in India for replacement however the number was buzy
a couple of times I have tried.

I can connect the wireless controller only if it turns on. It is not switching on.

 

I am still waiting for an answer to my earlier query, request the somebody from microsoft to reply and help me with the replacement.

 

I would send you a link to the repair page for the controller but some people have mentioned that the page is not working well right now.

Please call the number that Amazon supplied you and speak with phone support. Let them know that Amazon will not take the controller back for an exchange and you would like it replaced. They may be able to help out.
