    Badically ive got a few brand new faulty controllers ive tried all the replacement controller forms which confirm they are in warranty but the next page just will not work tried for days. Now i also cant phone chat or email about this so how do i sort
    this problem ive never known anything to be this complicated. If anyone can help please reply

    It is possible there is something wrong with your console, but most likely you can improve the situation by taking some easy steps, like moving your console to a well ventilated area. Please take a look at this guide, and hopefully it will help you out.

    it could be a fault with the xbox wireless controller or the kinect is drawing to much power, nothing else i can think of really.
