Wireless Controller & Bluetooth Headset Disconnects Frequently From Xbox One X

I have the standard Xbox One X wireless controller and a wireless bluetooth Turtle Beach Stealth 700 headset paired to my Xbox one X. During game play, it would sporadically disconnect both devices before reconnecting about 15-20 seconds later. I've had
this console for over a year and I never had this issue until recently. The worse it got prior to this was the connection that only affected the headset (cutting in and out in microseconds for 15-20 seconds at a time but never disconnected). Now it seems to
be failing quite often. In the hour of playing CoD Modern Warfare, it disconnected 3 times. I've looked at troubleshooting guides and it doesn't seem to be related to my devices as both are having issues, which leads me to believe the hardware/software on
the Xbox is failing.

First and foremost, thanks for the response!

I'm about 6 ft from the console with no obstructions in between.

However there is a suite of devices that are connected to the router (hardwired to console) that's sitting about a foot above the console. At any given time, there are rough 20 devices connected via WiFi and mostly on the 2.4 GHz band. Although, this wasn't
new and has been the case for many years.

Usual check to make. Make sure everything has been updated, controller, xbox, headset if it can. Then make sure batteries are fully charged. Make sure the xbox or base station are not being obstructed by anything (my A50s will disconnect if I lean over
and my body is full between the base station and headset)

beyond that bluetooth can have a lot of interference with other wireless kit as its on the same band 2.4GHZ. Do you have any wifi or other 2.4Ghz devices close to or in proximity. Even your mobile phone can cause interference.

I think it’s to do with Xbox updates that’s making the devices not work properly I also have this issue.

I'm having the same issue. I have a wireless Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Headset + Xbox One X. Both my headset and controller will sporadically disconnect. Often at the same time. I have to restart both.

Putting my console in power saving mode and having batteries charged helps reduce frequency but it still occurs. I have my firmware updated on the controller and headset, but the headset firmware hasn't been updated in a couple years. I have checked for
firmware updates but Turtle beach hasn't released any newer builds.

I also seem to get this issue moreso when I'm using the Stealth 600. It definitely seems like the two wireless devices are having some sort of interference.
