Wireless Controller and Wireless Mouse Interference

I have an Xbox elite series 2 wireless controller, I use it to play games on my computer running on windows 11. I also have a Logitech MX Anywhere 2 wireless mice. When I connect my controller, sometimes it functions correctly and overrides my mouse when I am not using the mouse. However, recently I have been playing games and my controller will swap back and forth between the mouse and keyboard. I have tried turning off my mouse and turning off the Bluetooth connection of the mouse, but it still is interfering. It makes it impossible to use my controller. Any suggestions?

Probably your Bluetooth card doesn't support the wireless controller connected via Bluetooth + your mice

The best option for you would be use the controller via USB cable if you need to use your mice

Just to double check everything from your side, please re-install the latest Bluetooth driver version from your manufacturer website

Is it a wireless mouse? It could be just signal interference.

Unfortunately the router model you mention is not listed on the Xbox LIVE Network Hardware Compatibility list, so it's possible that this router is known to cause this issue. You might try changing the channels if that helps, but we'd suggest getting a router
from the following list:
support.xbox.com/.../network-hardware-compatible-xbox-live

To confirm, the issue happens to different consoles and controllers?

Have you tried to connect your controllers using a USB cable if it does the same thing?

Maybe it's a wireless interference. Please check for wireless devices or objects that might interfere your controller wireless signal.

I appreciate the detailed information. The last resort will be, unplugging other accessories if there is one (keyboard, mouse) and if there is none, kindly move the console where there is no wireless interference.
