Wireless connection

Hello guys! these days I'm having problems connecting with my home modem. the Xbox marks me connected to the modem, but does not communicate, so it is not connected to the Xbox Live services. To circumvent the problem I have to rewrite the modem password.
would you have a solution? I've already restored the console but the problem persists every so often. Thanks for the attention. �

Connect a wireless headset to a console

To connect a wireless headset to a console, follow the steps bellow:

• First you need to turn on your console and wireless headset.
• You have to press and then release the connect button on your console.
• Within 20 seconds, you also have to press and hold the connect button on the back of the wireless headset for two seconds.

Notes:

• Each connected controller can have an associated headset.
• The Xbox 360 Wireless Headset works with 30 feet (9 meters) of your console.

Use your wireless headset

You can turn the headset on or off pressing the power button on the headset.

The headset automatically turns off when you shutdown the console or when it is idle two minutes.

You can adjust the volume pressing the + or – button. To mute the headset, you need to press and hold the power button.

 

Have you tried doing a hard reset of the actual router to see if it triggers a fix?

If so andd it still does not work, I would contact your ISP to see if they can be of any assistance.

 

It would depend on what is going on in your area. Sometimes Xbox live is having issues sometimes it's your internet provider. I would wait and see what happens. Especially storms in the area.

Try going to your

Settings,

network

advanced settings

Select Alt mac address

Clear

Reset

This will reprogram your network settings onto your xbox again. If your xbox is having issues connecting this will fix the issue. If your router is having the issue. It will NOT fix the issue. If nothing changes unplug your router for no less than 5 min.
while your xbox is off.
