Wireless connection with xbox

My xbox won't stay connected to the internet even though it has full bars of connection. Also it will un sync my controller and will not let me sync it back up. I would press the sync button but the light does not flash. It's basically a new xbox I haven't
even had it for a full year. I need help because I sent it in before for almost the exact same reason and they fixed it but they told me there was nothing wrong with it.

Bluetooth headset setup help needed!

^ Have you tried this? You should be able to connect any wireless headset that has bluetooth capabilities without too much hassle.
