    How can the download speed be 0? please help

    When I test in the same location on this MacBook

    DOWNLOAD SPEED

    26.67 Mbps

    UPLOAD SPEED

    >10.36 Mbps

    This should be obvious but a wired connection is 10x better than Wifi

    My wireless download speed on Xbone is the exact same speed as my pc on a wired connection, the router is right next to my consoles though.

    There is no evidence that supports connection issues simply because of an account, are you sure you haven't changed anything since connecting to friend #2 (the one you did not have connection issues with before) last? Anyways, is your network discovery on?
    What is your NAT status? What security protocol is your network (should be WPA2)? Is your connection wireless? Also, what is your download and upload speed (you can check by going to www.bandwidthplace.com on the internet explorer app)?

    Did you get this problem fixed? I have a similar problem, 0 download but over 17Mb/s upload. I used a wireless network test on my phone at the exact location of my Xbox One S and am getting over 60Mb/s at the location. What is wrong with my Xbox? I went
    through a chat with Microsoft a month ago and they had me clear the Mac address and delete all accounts. I have done that and still get 0 download.

    I second this.... literally overnight, on the day of the Thrones Final episode I'm having the exact same issue. I can watch Netflix just fine. I can play games online seemingly without issue. But HBO now shows I have no connection and the network statistics
    page shows 0kbps download speed. I'm on a wired connection, and still getting full service speed on every other device in my house

    problems connecting to xbox live for the past several days

    We are wireless. The router and modem are in another part of the house. Connecting via an Ethernet cable really isn't practical. We have a 360 in the house but it is very seldom on now. Here are the detailed network statistics:

    Download speed: 0.00 Mbps

    Upload Speed: 1.55 Mbps

    Packet Loss: 1%

    MTU: 1480

    Latency: 153 ms

    Wireless Strength: 90%

    Thank you for all the advice i was able to fix it. My ISP Was wrong and i didnt notice it due to my frustration. And it is now working. I also tryed the either net cable as suggested. And that helped when i called my internet provider to fix the router.
    Every thing is back to normal and i can even use the wifi on it again.
