Wireless Connection Issue?

I'm having an issue with my xbox ones wireless connections I think. My wireless controller will randomly disconnect and it will also disconnect me from xbox live. I've went through all of the faqs and have tried restarting everything. I'm starting to believe
it may be a hardware issue with whatever the xbox one uses to connect to wireless devices. Has anyone else dealt with a similar issue? Should I pay to have my xbox repaired?

I can give you an answer with that one some devices can be set on a precise IP and the xbox might be on that ip at that time and that can cause the disconnection cause the other device might have priority on the router settings, Going wired can fix that
issue.

The confusing bit is why would the controller be de syncing while it disconnects, that is what makes me think another device could be giving some sort of interference causing both to disconnect and because that same device has higher priority on the router
settings and not the xbox could be the cause. It is just a possibility that is why I suggested a wired connection.

Sounds like there could be a conflict for some reason, I have to ask you try a wired connection and see if it continues or fixes the issue.

Could be something interfering with the signal and cutting both of at the same time due to conflicts (Pretty much something connecting to wifi and the signal of the controller at the same time)

The Ethernet cable is standard, with the RJ45 plug, that is, it is claiming that it is connected to the cable that is connected to your router. already performed the network test? tried some of the xbox 360 internet solutions?

Thanks for keeping us updated. Can you try having your power mode setting set to "Energy savings mode"? Since the issue seems to work after a reset, I'm thinking letting your console go into sleep mode may be causing this to happen. Possibly a long shot,
but it could help.

Energy savings mode fully power cycles your console and clears cache on every shutdown, whereas Instant on mode puts your console into sleep mode.

I think if you are using a usb wireless adapter, only the microsoft certified are guaranteed to work properly with the wireless connectivity software on the xbox. Now if you are using a wireless access point, then it should be configured via a computer with
your network ssid, security type and password. It is connected to xbox via a network cable and no special wireless settings required on the xbox.

In order to help we need equipment specs......wireless adapter specs and router specs.
