Wired Xbox 360 Controller doesn't work - Windows 10 Pro Ver. 21H1

Greetings, I have a problem with my -wired- Xbox 360 controller on the version of windows 10 described on the title -64bits-, is that it never connects correctly to my pc, most of the time the light is blinking and then it does one of two things:

1. It connects "correctly". If this happens it doesn't work well at all, and most specifically when I move the left stick down the controller disconnects and light is blinking again, and returns to the same cycle.

2. It shuts off.

I already tried a LOT a things in order to solve this problem:

1. Updating drivers manually through device manager.

2. Download drivers manually and installed on my system.

3. Uninstalling the device through device manager and restart the system for it to reinstall it again.

4. Let the system search for updated drivers through device manager.

5. Tested on different usb ports.

6. I also formatted my pc.

This happens with whatever -wired- Xbox 360 controller that I connect to my pc, it also happens in a win 10 64bits laptop that I have, so the problem are not my usb ports, all other devices that I use are working perfectly.

Is this already a Windows 10 problem of compatibility with Xbox 360 controllers?.

Have you tested this controller in a Xbox 360 recently? Can you take a picture of the controller and upload it

Sounds like a faulty controller to me. Especially if it used to work but now it doesn't and the fact that you've tried it on two different computer's.

Downloading drivers won't help as there are no updated drivers. The drivers for the Xbox 360 controllers are built into Windows 10. There no issues with Xbox 360 controllers and Windows 10 to my knowledge.

The only way for sure would be to try another Xbox 360 controller or a third party Xinput supported controller. Failing that an Xbox One or Series X|S controller.

In addition to the above. I've tested out my old Xbox 360 wired controller on my Windows 10 21H1 on a couple of games. Wolfenstein the New Colossus being one of them and it works fine.

It's not a problem with the latest version of Windows 10.
