    Wired Network Problems.

    I've done everything but go to a friends house and try it out and im not going to those lengths for a 360. Done to what happened, Lightning struck my neighbors house not even 10ft away from me and i was playing when this event happened. Long story short
    I've replaced my wire with a new one and it is still showing up as not connected to anything...No network (even thou its connected) NO NOTHING. Help? gettin alittle frustrated with this whole duck duck goose nonsense.

    Wired network problem

    hi i have 3 xbox one consoles that all connect fine to live and we can play games etc without a problem but i have recently had a wired network installed and when connecting the consoles to the network all seems well, internet tests ok, multiplayer tests
    ok and nat is open.

    The problems start with multiplayer gaming, we have issues with the controlled character jumping/glitching around the screen and lagging with other bizarre things happening ending in the connection being lost. Please help

    All the cables are fine and have been tested, we can download games and browse the internet just muliplayer is affected. Do we need to change something, any help would be great.

    We have the sky q hub and use a tplink smart switch TL-SG108E which has 8 ports. All cables are cat6.

    You should contact volunteers for help, but if you have wired network Xbox Live should work.

    Hey there, jagorter! This thread is over a year old. If you could, please post up a new thread detailing what you're running into, any error codes or messages you may be receiving, your network hardware information and your internet provider, and troubleshooting
    you've already completed. This way we can get you the individual support that works best on the forums! :)

    Hi GtownThor, Sorry to hear that you are having this issue. Have you tried using another Ethernet cable in place of the one you are using now? Also have you tried by passing your router and connecting the Xbox directly into your isp modem? If not I would
    recommend trying another ethernet cable and or trying to connect it directly to your modem to see if it works, but you will need to unplug your modem to do this..You can also try unplugging your modem and router, wait 1-3 minutes then plug the modem back in
    and wait for it to fully cycle up then plug your router in and try it again.
