Discus and support Wired internet in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have been trying to get on Xbox live I have done everything , possibly my connection is fine as I tried it on my laptop and that connects , plug it...     I have been trying to get on Xbox live I have done everything , possibly my connection is fine as I tried it on my laptop and that connects , plug it in to Xbox try connecting and it gets as far as network every time then it fails, something is blocking
    it , I have tried entering manual ip settings aswell as automatic and nothing is working, turned router of and on , replaced cords, reset it, nothing is working.

    It's says network failed

    Internet blocked

    Xbox live blocked

    If you are wireless can you also state whether you are using the white or black external adapter or the Xbox 360S Internal adapter

    Hello

    This could be the amount of users in your household using the same internet. They could be downloading, uploading, streaming etc. Which could cause your ping to jump and disconnect you. People confuse "fast internet with "strong" all the time.

    You may also want to try clearing the MAC address. To do that just go to your network settings, click advanced network settings, alternate MAC address, select clear, then reset. Your console will restart at that point.
