    Wired controllers on a USB hub


    Is it possible to connect four controllers into a single USB hub for split screen gaming? Im using the Xbox (one S) as a source for our outdoor projector setup but its just out of range to use the controllers over wireless.

    If you can would the hub need to be powered and would there be a limit on the cable length of the hub to the Xbox.

    Yes. Normal USB lengths apply. Especially since you’re running a distance, I would recommend powered

    If your Xbox 360 does not have enough USB ports to plug in 4 wired controllers, you would want to purchase a USB hub.

    Yes, you can use. USB Hub to connect multiple wired controllers to the Xbox console. I have done this many times and each controller works perfectly.

    It should have 4 USB ports two on front two on back if you only have wired controllers. Or you can get a USB hub a lot of places. Walmart, Best Buy, Ext.

    Would one of those usb hub thingys work to allow four wired controls on an Xbox? Imagine it would work kinda like the PS2's multi-tap.
