    Wired controller keeps losing connectivity


    My wired controller randomly loses connection. I have had 2 wired which loses connection and also tried 2 wireless which had the same problem, all were official xbox ones too. I have tried contacting support but what a laugh that is just round and round
    in circles. Hopefully someone can help me

    The wireless one was used with and without the wired. The last two wired controllers including the current controller were used only through wire as they weren't wireless

    Cheers but because it's a wired controller it doesn't want to update, it doesn't even try to auto update.
