    Wired Controller Disconnecting


    • What exactly is happening with your controller?

      It is disconnecting/turning off intermittently. I use a microUSB cable with no batteries.
    • Does it happen during a specific activity?

      It happens in all games/apps, but specifically whenever the controller moves or is tilted downwards. The cable is definitely NOT coming out.
    • What have you tried so far?

      I purchased a new cable, but the problem was not fixed.

    Wired Controller Disconnecting.

    It might be a faulty connection to the motherboard. It is never recommended to service your controller on your own as you can mess them up and it voids the warranty. Sorry but it looks like you need to buy a new controller.
