    Good morning, after turning on the Xbox Series X console for the first time, the console used the connection via ethernet to update. After this, the wired connection stopped working, being only possible to connect through WiFi. Sometimes the wired connection
    has been reestablished but usually after shutting down or restarting problems again. I have tried with another cable and it does not solve it, not after having rebooted the router, activating and deactivating UPNP, etc ... The previous Xbox One console never
    gave me those problems, it does not seem, or at least I could not find an ugly way to bypass the problem. I think it may be a software problem, or so I hope, I have found a post on reddit in which several users point out similar problems, and in case I can

    Wired connection for the Series X and wireless for the Series S. Doesn't seem to make much difference.

    I tried this and it worked for 2 days. Now I'm back to having the same issue of not being able to connect with a wired connection unless I clear my MAC address. Wireless still works fine.
