    Wired connection keeps on disconnecting every 15 seconds


    On my series x, whenever i connect an ethernet cable to my xbox, it will disconnect for a few moments about every 15 secconds, making online unplayable, i used this cable on my ps4 and it worked perfectly fine, but not on the xbox, i think this is a problem that other people have with the series x but all the fixes ive seen do not work for me. My wifi works fine but i would prefer the wired connection as it is faster, is there a setting i need to change? Buy a new cable? Or get my xbox repaired/exchanged?

    Internet disconnecting every 15 min

    I'm currently using a wired connection, still disconnects for 20 sec and then reconnects... Is a constant thing and the weird part is that happens every 15 min or so, is not at random times.

    The connection is disconnected every 10-15 seconds. Waiting for the next update or contact the service? It is getting on my nervs.

    I've been experiencing frequent disconnects as well, since Friday (6-Mar-15). The interesting thing I've noticed is the disconnects tend to cluster around top-of-the-hour, hour:20, and hour:40... but Sunday (8-Mar-15) I experienced no disconnects at all.
    Wired connection so likely not radio interference.

    Just came on to the forums to see if anyone is having the problems ive been having with disconnecting today, and I guess so. I have not changed anything with my system and connections in years, and all of a sudden today I am getting disconnected from xbox
    live about every 10 -15 minutes. I am using wirless connection but just for the sake of experiment to see if it would solve the disconnecting, I went to wired, and it still disconnected every 10 - 15 minutes. I checked my computer playing playing online
    games and streamed videos and had NO such issues on my PC. Power cycling my connection, didnt fix it. I even swapped xboxes with my kid and just used my hard drive on hers and still disconnected from xbox live. It has to be xbox live since all my other gadjets
    are not losing connection (PC, Laptop, cell phone wifi)

    I've had this similar problem while viewing Netflix from my 360. Also while playing games halfway through an online match it will disconnect I used to think it was poor wireless internet connection but I now have a wired connection and my internet itself
    doesn't disconnect just the xbox from xbox live. Most of the time after I disconnect I can re-connect easily because the internet still works and never went out it just disconnects every 15-30 minutes sometimes every 5, it seems completely random. I have
    also deleted and cleared my system cache and reset my xbox/router and checked my speed and every other possible solution. Everything is fine with my internet, my profile simply disconnects randomly,
