What Country/State/Province do you live in? USA/CA

    Modem brand & model number:

    Router brand & model number:

If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?

    Things you have tried:

After going through all the recommended steps previously found on this website,

I couldn't get the Ethernet to connect until I went in to System Settings/Ethernet/TCP-IP and chenged the Config IPv6 to link-local only. Only then does the Ethernet icon go green.

I did purchase a wireless adapter and plugged it in. Showed power indicated by the flashing green wifi symbol but when I went into system settings on Xbox, it read that I needed to connect a wireless adapter.

    Is UPnP Enabled? Unknown

Do you have a NAT error? No

    Any Error Codes you encounter:

Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Xfinity

After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)

    W: 0000 - 000B

    X: 8000 - 100D

    Y: 0000 - 0000

    Z: 0000 - 0000

    ID: FFFF - FFFF

    L: 8015 - 1901

    Q: 8007 - 0435

    T: WIRED

    D: 75.75.75.75/75.75.76.76

    A: 192.168.2.2/255.255.255.0

    G: 192.168.2.1

Typically such problems are at the router level.

The Superhub either has a bug in it's firmware or is misconfigured such as an overly aggressive firewall blocking traffic.

DNS is the IP of the servers belonging to Virgin broadband, it talks to those to talk to other websites etc.

Check that the firmware of the superhub is up to date, make sure your Ethernet connection is going into LAN ports not WAN ports, LAN ports typically will be called 1,2,3,4. In Superhub config check security level and dial it down one level from what its
at and see if that makes any difference.

Hey Dark, sorry to hear about the connection issue! There are often issues getting connected on a University Connection, but the good news is your network administrator should be fully equipped to help you get connected. :) Have you tried contacting your
network administrator for the dorms? :)
