    My Xbox live has been down for three days due to "service info unavailable!" I can sign in with a wireless connection, but that is not the desired connection I want. I've been using a wired connection for at least three months now and all of the sudden I
    can't get online due to this bulllshiit! I hear about this update and clearly Xbox has fuucked up! I know I'm not the only one! I pay all this money for a membership and I can't even get online! This is the first time it's happened and hopefully the last.
    Please consider this as a real and serious problem, Xbox! Thanks for your consideration...

    P.s.

    I hope the new Xbox Scorpio isn't a fuuckn disappointment...

    My NAT Type is unavailable what do I do?

    I can't do anything like play any games it just say in my network settings: Wired IPv4 NAT Type: Unavailable Service info: Unavailable. What do I do

    Problems signing in.....Really frustrated! Any advice would be appreciated!

    I am still having sign in issues. Just turned on....signed in...main page says trouble connecting please check status....

    Network settings....NAT Type Open.... Says Service info is unavailable....

    Test network connection...Everything is good...

    Back to main page....still no pins and it asks me to connect to Xbox Live...

    This is so frustrating...PS4 which is also wired into router works a dream as does everything else in house.

    What ISP are you guys with? I am with SKY.

    Hi, I'm having the same issue. Wired connection works but wireless just gives me "service info unavailable ". Did you get it fixed? Any tips?

    wired or wireless it tells me its all good you are connected to the internet but service info is unavailable but xbox live is up

    Connected to my wireless WiFi but anytime I try to open anything it says no internet connection!!

    No "checking service status" is not permanent. After awhile it says service info is unavailable. When I test multiplayer connection it says my network isn't set up, even though it said It was when I tested network connection. And no, there is no way to wire
    connect.
