Wired and wireless internet issues with series x

My xbox series x randomly disconnects from my internet for about 10 seconds and then reconnects. It has done this with an ethernet cable, and with wifi. I have tried pretty much every “solution” possible aside from getting the console checked out. Ive tried a hard console reset dozens of times, I’ve reset my Alternate MAC address dozens of times also. I thought it was a WiFi issue but ive been using an ethernet cable for the past 2 months and it does the same thing. I have even tried using a different wifi router and it still did the same thing. Ive had multiple technicians from my service provider come to my house and switch out the modem. And Ive even contacted my service provider and tried port forwarding and that still didn’t work. I dont really know what else to do aside from punch another hole in my wall. Someone please give me suggestions.

I forgot to mention that it does it very often. Probably once ever 1-2 hours.

Seems like you have performed all the necessary steps and since this also happens even after using a different router it may mean that the console needs to be repaired.

You can create a repair order by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/devices then add your console as a device. If it's already added simply click on "Info & Support".

Wired connection for the Series X and wireless for the Series S. Doesn't seem to make much difference.

Are you using a wired or wireless internet connection?

Try a wired connection (ethernet cable) to your network hardware and restart the console. It should connect and do the required OS update.

If wireless choose a factory refresh of the console. After the refresh is complete, input the console setup details again.

The Xbox series X is Hard wired with CAT 6. The TV and receiver are both wireless. I also use Blue-Ray 4K Disks (No network needed) and have the same issue. I have tried both, wireless and wired. I normally get over 800 Mbps.
