Wired and Wireless Controllers Disconnecting

About 2 months ago, my wireless controller started to randomly disconnect while playing. It either disconnects and reconnects a few seconds later or the last inputs I did get stuck, like I run and spin in circles. I just got a new headset that plugs into
the controller about the same time it started happening, but the issue still occurs when I don't use it.

I have tried doing everything to fix it. I tried using a 2 other controllers, and all 3 have the same problem. I tried using batteries and a rechargeable pack, no difference. I then tried using a USB cable to wire my controllers to the xbox. This seemed
to work for a little while but after an hour or so, the same thing happens. I tried using multiple different cables, including the xbox one and a samsung one. I also tried using a wire directly to a wall charger instead of batteries and nothing.

I have moved the console to multiple different places, including from my home to my college apartment. I used both wired and wireless internet connectivity. None of this made any difference. I removed anything that could have caused interference with the
wireless signals ( But since it happens even when wired, I don't think that is the issue.)

If anyone knows anything that could be the issue, please let me know.

Wired Xbox One Controller disconnects randomly

So what im seeing is no matter what controller you use on your xbox wired or wireless it ends up disconnecting at some point? But those same controllers work flawlessly on another xbox?

 

Can't use wireless Controller to play game, after using wired controller on console.

I've been playing a lot of Dragon Age Inquisition lately. My buddy came over and we decided to play some Hale:MCC. I used my wireless and wired controllers while he was over. For some reason, Dragon Age is only recognizing the wired controller, even after
disconnecting and resetting the console. Help! How do I fix this?

From what you have written above it sounds like yo may have carried out all the troubleshooting tips for you controller disconnecting however can you please follow all the steps in

this support guide just incase there is something suggested you have not already tried. If after this you still suffer the problem if may be worth trying to

reset your console to factory defaults using the option to keep games and apps to see if this helps at all, Please make sure your console is online so the game saves should be held on Microsoft's servers prior to restoring your console to factory and that
you know all your account details so you can re load them to the console afterwards

 

Oh yeah. I forgot to mention I already tried doing a factory reset. That also didn't work. There is nothing new in that support guide. Thanks though.
