    Wiping a game.


    When I played Fable Anniversary on my xbox one x I was obtaining achievements offline. Now on my series x it shows a "0" gamerscore for the game with no achievements unlocked on my xbox achievements screen (even the 360 dashboard one). However when I go to Fable's in game main menu it shows 49/50 and has the stamps in the booklet for it. It will not let me replay and unlock them for my gamertag. If I complete an achievement the little sticker pops up in game, but not "THE" pop that an achievement makes when you unlock it for the system. Is there a way to wipe everything clean and start over or does the cloud prevent this by always loading old save data since i have played it?

    Hello MikeB2222,

    Thank you for reaching out to our Xbox support forum; my name is Joanna, and I will be helping you in getting this Save data/Achievement issue taken care of. Anytime you wish to delete data from a Xbox 360 game, here are the steps to accomplish that.

    1) Launch Fable, and then when the game is at the start menu, click on the View and menu button( the two buttons under the large Xbox button) at the same time and this will bring up the Xbox 360 dashboard.

    2) Scroll down to "manage storage" and select it

    3) Choose yes on the next screen

    4) select Save games

    5) Look for Fable and delete it

    It will remove any data from older Xbox 360 titles and allow you to start fresh.

    I believe that some bug in the system must have caused this, you should install them again.
