wiped messages and game codes after new Xbox one update

I preodered fallout 4 and got a code for fallout 3 and got the new update for the Xbox one and it wiped all my message and game codes. I want them back

Missing Forza Horizon 3 code

I received a message with a Forza Horizon 3 code quite a while back giving me a free Halo Warthog for use in-game. However an Xbox One update wiped the code out of my message center before I could use it. Is there any way I can retrieve my code?

 

Fallout 3 code dissapeared from my messages

Hello, I pre ordered fallout 4 a few months back and received my fallout 3 code. The problem is that with the new update that occured on the 12th, all of my old messages we're wiped. Is there a way to get my code back?
