    That credit still has not been deposited in my account - how do I get it?

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums with this situation. I understand you have completed some sort of promotion that was supposed to provide Microsoft Account Balance credit but hasn't. This is the description of the promotion:
    To help celebrate the nine rad games we’re including in the program this year, fans will get a $5 gift card for each game they purchase through the Microsoft Store Online or Xbox, after the first one, up to a total of $40 if they buy all nine games!

    If the terms of the promotion have been met then it is possible the credit has not been yet gone out to all players.
