已尝试修复WU，卸载重装Xbox App，清理WU，清除DNS，均效。错误代有(0x409) 0x42B,(0x409) 0x80070002。经搜索和登录的账户似乎有关系，新建立的本地账户可以正常登陆，报错。

在某个时间，我修改过账号的绑定邮箱，似乎在这之后就法登陆了，不知道和这个有没有关系。

An attempt has been made to repair the WU, unload and load the Xbox App, clean up WU, and clear DNS, none of which is valid. The error code has (0x409) 0x42B, (0x409) 0x80070002.

I try reinstall,but not useful. I think some user account data have problem，but I don`t know clean it.Maybe need reinstall OS

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with an error message (0x409) 0x42B, (0x409) 0x80070002 on the Xbox App on Windows 10.

Have you tried to uninstall/re-install the Xbox App?

Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:

1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.

2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.

3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage
*xboxapp*|
Remove-AppxPackage

4. Hit Enter.

Once the PC is restarted I suggest re-installing the Xbox App. Here is how:

1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.

2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.

3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp*| Remove-AppxPackage

4. Hit Enter.

5. Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.

Hi there, are you referring to the Xbox app in PC? If so, have you checked if your Xbox Live Auth Manager if it's enabled?
