windows10 not signing in to the correct account for xbox

That used to happen to me alot and i learned that if you have multiple accounts, then you'd have to sign out of the one you're not currently using and then sign into the one you are for the specified gamertag.

For instance: I have two email accounts for hotmail, and because my original email was soooo old, I made a new one for a more professional appeal in life lol

My gamertag can only be linked with the original, and never change so I'm forced to go back and forth.

I also received some weird gamer tag with my new email account by default, so if I ever sign on to like the Xbox ambassador site (wink wink) I'd come up as "Squidbilly8567 or something" lol instead of T1C3

Yes, this worked (signing into Microsoft/Xbox account). In my case, Windows10 first updated to 2004 version, so I got logged out of Xbox account in windows. Well, the game is waiting for me to start. Now you know how much I care. Replied here before playing!

That's correct, Sean. And yes, it's possible that you use a different account when playing on Xbox on your PC. Simply sign out the account that's currently signed in on the Xbox app and sign in your preferred account.

Please check your account services & subscription page via https://account.microsoft.com/services. Does it have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription? If so, please confirm the correct gamertag or Xbox profile linked to it by going to https://account.xbox.com/Profile. The gamertag or profile that shows on that page must be the profile you need to sign in to the Xbox app on your Samsung TV.

If you're signed in with the correct account, please sign it out and sign in the correct account.
