    Windows10 computers with Premium Sloitaire


    Last year, purchased the Premium edition of Solitaire which was installed on 2 W10 machines. All was good. Renewed about 2 months ago, with a new=W10 machine replacing an old one. Now neither machine is connected to the Premium edition. On top of that,
    it appears that MS isn't satisfied with forcing me to watch commercials (which I have paid to eliminate), but now it appears that MS is taking control of my mouse and forcing the curser in strange directions. What a business model.

    Hi, if you were a premium player then your premium information is saved to Battlelog/EA servers, so because you are Premium, you will always be premium. You may have to re-download your Premium pass, by going to your
    download history on your computer, and adding it to your download queue.

    Just to make sure you have the latest version of Windows (The May update). If you haven't got it download it now

    If you do have, as you say you do, then try restarting the computer. That might help. Then try getting the games from the Microsoft Store app on Windows 10 instead.
