j'ai finalement trouver la solution, en cherchant j'ai remarquer que Windows ma prévenu que j'avais une mise a jour critique a faire je l'ai installer et depuis je n'ai plus ce problème.

  logo Start button button, and then go to SettingsGear-shaped Settings icon > Update & Security Circular arrows Sync icon > Windows UpdateCircular arrows Sync icon.
