windows xbox error

The xbox app got uninstalled on my pc and now it wont reinstall from either the windows store or the downloader. when I try i get error 0x80131500.. i already tried everything off of https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...0/41d2d363-83ee-4b5d-ba43-615ca63bb1bf?auth=1 and it still didnt work.

0x80248007 is a windows update error

it's kinda strange you get this error on a xbox..
you are using a xbox right?

Thank you for coming to the Xbox forums. So it seems that the Xbox app cannot open because your Windows 10 OS is not updating.

Unfortunately I can't type those characters into a translator so I'm not sure what error the picture is displaying. What happens when you try to update Windows? Do you get any error codes?

Let us know once Windows is updated and if that solves the issue with opening the Xbox app.
