    Several problems with this Application over the past couple days;

    Since a couple of days ago, the Xbox PC App whenever loaded, loads in a black screen, and I've tried force closing it via Task Manager, and re-opened the app but it just gets stuck in a constant loading screen. I also tried
    to uninstall and reinstall the client, but whenever I click on "install" after clicking on "I have read and accepted..." the installer freezes, and stops responding. -

    Is Anyone Else Not Able To Install Gears 5 Through Game Pass On PC?

    Are you using the Xbox Beta app to install Gears 5? You need to use the Xbox Beta app, not the Windows Store app.

    So on your PC you need to make sure the
    game pass ultimate account is signed into the
    Microsoft store app, You might want to try installing the
    xbox(beta) app     on windows as well and try downloading from there.

    Not all of the game pass games between Xbox and PC are the same, the xbox(beta) app will show you all the available and installed windows game pass games
