windows store orange payments method

over a week now i have not been able to purchase items off windows phone store via my Nokia lumia 625 windows phone via the only payments method i will ever have. ,i used to get error code 805a0194 on screen but now it comes up on screen has error code 805a0190
, i do wish xbox / Microsoft or orange technical support who ever is responsible would now resolve the problem, i have asked orange technical support they say there is no faults with their systems causing this problem, i have asked xbox support , windows phone
support, been on chat to technical support pages , been on xbox community pages yet nobody seems to be resolving it

XOne "Use a different way to pay" problem

Go to billing.Microsoft.com, pull up your account, remove you payment methods, then re-ad your payment methods.

Profit.(for Microsoft)

Error code 80190376

Hello, After changing the windows live ID associated with my gamertag (scener live) I get an error 80190376 when trying to download any content from marketplace. I can't add payment methods or list them I'm my console (error code 8C010003). Yesterday I
couldn't add payment methods to my account, the option was gone. I added the payment method through Windows 8 Store and now I can do it to from commerce.microsoft.com Also, I can't login with the account on Xbox.com, I am always getting an error. What can
I do in order to fix this problem?

***Make sure that your physical location, account region, payment method and the store region are all in the same country.

If it doesn't still work, you may need to directly purchase the game using an Xbox 360 console.

Like i said,the game was delisted in Feb so they can't buy it from the Xbox 360 store.

You would have to contact Xbox support. Make sure that everything including your store account, windows, your payment method and billing address is set to Norway
