Windows store error code 0x80070005 when attempting to download game

I downloaded the launcher from the Minecraft website originally, but it would say "there was trouble connecting to your Microsoft account" and then redirect me to the store

I am unable to download any games from the Microsoft store. I tried getting both Dominoes and Mahjong to test, and they give me the same error

Done that, tried to download Asphalt 9 got to acquiring license then error code 0x80070005, windows is up to date 1903,

Thanks for getting back to me! And are you trying to download games via the Xbox app through Game Pass or directly from the Microsoft Store?

If you are trying to download the games through Game Pass, then this is a known issue that our devs are working on. I would recommend that you download the games from the Microsoft Store (you can still get them for free, the store registers your Game Pass subscription) instead of the Xbox app until this is resolved.

If you are downloading the games from the Microsoft Store and this error is occurring, then I recommend that you visit the site below and follow some of the steps provided to resolve your issue. This site isn't from Microsoft or Microsoft-sponsored, but the information on it is great and would have been what I would recommend you do anyways.

I'm unfortunately still not having any luck. Below is what has happened for both solutions provided:

Attempted Solution 1:

I download and install SubInACL from the microsoft support center provided. I made the .cmd format document as requested with the contained text in the post and saved it as "all files" type.

Result:

A command prompt window opens for a split second, then closes. The GFWL client still gives me Error code 0x80070005 when attempting to install it.

Attempted Solution 2:

I downloaded AccessChk from the link provided on the same page. Extracting, and copying/pasting the text into the command prompt results in the command prompt giving me the following message:

"Accesschk v6.01 - Reports effective permissions for securable objects"

Result: The newly generated txt file by the program/command prompt is completely blank with no characters or info contained on it. The GFWL client still gives me Error code 0x80070005 when attempting to install it.

Do you have any other solutions?
