Windows Store Error Code 0x00000005

I recently paid for a Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to get access to the selection of games. But when I click on the games I get transferred to the windows store with the message "The thing you're looking for isn't here.... (etc)", and the Error Code 0x00000005.

When doing some research I found that many other have had this issue before me. However, these community posts are old. I tried some of these methods to help mend the problem - without luck.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are attempting to install games from the Xbox Game Pass list, but you are getting an error message that is now allowing you to begin the installations. We recommend making sure that

Windows 10 is up to date. After you confirm the software is up to date, we suggest downloading the

Xbox (beta) App. You can try downloading the games after you install and sign in to the Xbox (beta) App. If this does not resolve the issue, we suggest completing

a clean boot. A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs,
so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program. Be sure to let us know the results!

I wanna bump this. I'm having the same issue. It has happened with all the 360 games for the past two months, whenever I try to get it on the xbox, nothing happens. When I try to buy through the windows xbox app, it prompts the browser and I get the following
error "The error code is 0X00000005, in case you need it". Up until now I had to get the 360 through the app, that doesn'st work anymore since the beginning of June.
