    some times ago windows made some updates.

    the apps from store started to close itself right after i start them

    i try to reinstall windows(downloaded with windows media creation tools) but have the same problem

    ever since I did System Restore, can't access Solitaire Collection

    sorry - should have added: I have Version 6.3 (Build 9600) of Windows 8.1. The error message I keep getting from the app says "this app can't open. Check the Windows Store for more information." The Store keeps saying the app is already installed.

    Can't sync right now. 0xc1010190

    Zune removed, Music app deleted and then reinstalled with the Windows Store. I don't get the sync error message anymore, thanks!

    Hi,

    Not a lot of people know this, but unlike other stand-alone game apps on PC, the Beta App is actually an extension of sorts of the built in Windows Store. You don't even need the App running to launch your games.

    Because of the way the app works with the Windows Store, all error codes are actually Windows error codes, not PC Game Pass errors.

    If you get an error it usually means there is an issue with your Windows installation.
