Windows platform cannot be opened to play games

Extreme speed: Horizon 4 can't play all of a sudden. All files are locked and can't be opened. It hasn't been opened for any assistance

It seems that there are some issues with Forza Horizon servers, their team is already investigating!

If you are referring to Games for windows live games no you cannot play pc titles on the xbox console. Pc games play on pc, Xbox 360 games play on xbox 360 the two are completely different platforms.

The only real issue with Cross-Platform play is and will always be, I did not Agree to the Terms of Use/ Service from another Networks Party. I cannot be held liable for something I did not Agree with. Another person playing across
a different Network cannot be held liable for Terms they did not Agree with from XBL or MS.

This is why there will not be any Cross-Platform Games. This is also including the sans for Games for Windows LIVE. It is the same Service and same Terms of Use for XBL, hence Cross-Platform was and is only available from Games for Windows LIVE to Xbox LIVE.

Shadowrun disagrees with you. It already has been cross platform between PC and 360. You see, Microsoft makes windows. On windows you can install Live. When installing Live you agree to the T.O.S. that Microsoft made for live. Microsoft also makes Xbox,
and the T.O.S. that goes along with that. So when a developer wants to create a cross platform game, as has already been done before, they must make that game part of the Live library. It is pretty simple stuff. A 30 second google would have shown you this.
