Windows Phone achievements not appearing in Xbox app

Hi chaps,

Hoping you can help with this one...

Basically, on all my Windows 10 devices in the Xbox app:

Lumia 950

Linx Vison tablet

Windows laptop

None of my Windows phone games appear in the list of achievements, this is happening for games that I've 100% and those that are in progress. Achievements are unlocking and syncing to Xbox live as they are appearing on www.trueachievements.com. I'm also
able to view them online in my profile at www.xbox.com, but the achievements page takes ages to load...

If I view the game in the list of My games in the Xbox app, the trophy icon will disappear. The game's logo also does not load. If I compare (using the app) my list of played games to someone else I know has played the relevant game, it will appear that
I've not played it, until I click compare, and either it will then show that I've played the game and then show unlocked achievements, or the Xbox app will crash.

This behaviour is observed in the Xbox app on my 950, tablet and the windows laptop.

A weird thing is, if I view my profile on my 360, I can see all my Windows phone games.

Has any observed anything like this before?

There are two things I can think of that may have caused this behaviour...

In December (like a moron), I transferred my gamertag using my 360 to a new microsoft account, stupidly not realising that all Windows phone purchases are tied the original microsoft account and I'd need to repurchase games/apps using the new one. I then worked
out I could sign out of the store using my new account, and sign back in using the original account and download everything.

I've experimented using the Redstone builds on my 950 and they've seemed to be reasonably stable, but for the last month or so I've gone back to 10586.

Tablet and laptop are running 10586.218, 950 is running 10586.107

Xbox One achievement error. Code 0x87c40011

Try reset console, can't view achievement app at Xbox one and not unlocking achievements when done correct task.

Windows phone achievements unlocked don't show up. Can't view at xbox.com / smartglass as well

Game point not updating.

I have completed the "Perfect Nitro"achievement in Asphalt 8 Airborne. But it is not updated in the Xbox games app in Windows Phone 8.1. Why?

Hi buddy.

I'm having the same issue. Even with the Xbox (Beta) App on my PC. I think it's an issue across the board, rather than just isolated to yourself. Hopefully they are integrated in a future build.

I think this is "normal" (as in, not a problem with you, it's the app) behaviour for the Xbox App on Windows 10. If you look in Smartglass, you should be able to see Windows Phone games, but for whatever reason they don't show up in the Xbox App.

It might be worth posting this to the Xbox Feedback site, though, so it can be looked at:

Fwiw, same issue here. Seems to be a relatively recent problem; I've been playing WP games on my Lumia 950XL and using the Xbox app to track completion status. Then one day the WP games just weren't in the list anymore. That was maybe a couple weeks ago,
though?

I've seen the same behavior across platforms that the OP described: Only the 360 seems to report achievements correctly. But they are definitely syncing correctly--I'm also at TA and everything shows up in my feed as expected.

Redicoulous that after so many years (this is not the first forum topic and is at least 2 years on uservoice) this issue is still not fixed. It seems that Xbox/Microsoft doesn't care

at least since 2015 and even earlier if I may beleave the original UserVoice post that links to a forum topic with 900 comments but that forum topic seems to be removed by Xbox

It's already longer on UserVoice then it is here. Xbox Chat Support comes with different story each time and tell things we can proof are wrong and they just talk over it and don't care you just proofed they are wrong. Even Support Chat Managers. Because
it's years already it's even so that the same support employee (Manager Ivan G.) told different stories about it.

It's even so that Thirth-Party Developers stopped releasing Windows Phone games. Even with Apps a lot don't release on Windows Phone. Srry if you threat your customers and developers bad, they get you back. And even own Microsoft skipped Windows Phone with
the Mixer App.
