Windows Phone 8 (Nokia Lumia 520) free gamertag change error

Hello Xbox Community! I have a really annoying problem, I have a free gamertag change available and I can't change it! When I try on my phone and tap save, nothing happens, when I try on my PC browser it says

It appears you've found a glitch in the system.

It's really annoying! I tried clearing my cache, both on phone and pc, tried using explorer, but still the same thing. I don't want my gamertag to be forever! :S

p.s. I don't have a gold membership nor did I ever buy anything from Xbox. Never had any of their consoles nor any other console, cause I don't have that kind of money. And I live in Serbia, And Xbox didn't support my country, on my phone the "Games" app
was not xbox until 2 days ago, but I didn't change where I live in any of my accounts. When "games" app was Pinned it was accent coloured, but like I said 2 days ago It changed to Xbox, I installed extras, no problems with editing my avatar, or info on my
phone and on the website. I love the Xbox stuff and the avatar, and I want to put my gamertag so I can finally be a part of the community, at least on my phone. Please help me

If you never had a Windows Phone before or if you'd like to buy a Windows Phone 8, the Lumia 520 will be perfect for you. It's up to you, if you want a smartphone to play games the Lumia 520 isn't good but if you want a WP8 and if you don't know windows
phone, choose the Nokia Lumia 520.

I tried that already and it doesn't work. I have a Lumia 720. I want to change my gamertag and my country, because for some reason my account doesn't say the country I actually live in. Thank you very much

 

I'm not sure what support there is for Serbia, but if your account isn't showing what you think is the correct information, you can try and sign into your account and change it.

If that doesn't fix anything or doesn't help at all, I would try
windows.microsoft.com/.../id-support and see if any of the items help. If none apply or none work, you should be able to email them for more direct assistance from links from that page.

Hi the best thing that you can do is reset the cellphone to its default mode, then you go to xbox.com in your pc browser and create the account from there and finally introduce the account in the cellphone, I know it's annoying but is the easiest way. (I
have a Nokia Lumia 720) after this you will be able to change your avatar etc.
