Windows Phone 8 "games" app crashes and some Windows Phone game achievements ...

Dear Microsoft support,

I wanted to let you know that some of my achievements won't synchronize with Xbox.com. They unlock ingame, but won't show on my profile.

It seems to be random as I can unlock some achievements just fine.

As of today I also cannot open the "game" app on my Windows Phone. It crashes as soon as it tries to open.

Is it related to the problems lately as I could also not download games on the Xbox One and 360?

Will there be a fix?

If not, I am going to have to stop playing Windows Phone games

"Save to my pc" option in Windows Phone 8 Synchronization App - doesn't work

That is the app I'm using and that I'm having the issue with. I understand that it would get my collection to my computer and I'm doing that. Again, the problem is that the "Save to my PC" option in the Windows Phone App for Windows 8 does not synchronize
Xbox Music content from my Windows 8 Phone (Nokia Lumia 920) to my computer.

They are two different games.. the one with 3 achievements is the Windows 8 version.. the one with 20 achievements for 200 points is the Windows Phone 8 version.

I think it might mean you have to sync it with the Windows Phone for Desktop app (Windows 7), the Windows Phone app (Windows 8) or even Windows 8's Xbox Music app.

I too have issues with getting my achievements on Windows Phone 7 and Windows Phone 8.1 to sync up to my profile. I can get to the leaderboards, but the data is not accurate on them on Microsoft Bingo and the progress in that game from Windows Phone 8 transfers
over to Windows Phone 10.
