windows phone 8. Can't load achievements, friends list, or play-

so i cant load achievements, friends list, or play games online. Its been like this for the past 24 hours. when I try to play a game like Halo: Spartan Strike i get message saying "Sorry, we can't sign you in. Please sign in at xbox.com, then start this
app again". I've done this several times but nothing happens every time. Is something wrong with the servers right now?

Do Xbox 360 achievements transfer to Xbox One?

nope. all achievement based multi-platform XBL-enabled games have separate lists. this including separate lists for Windows Phone and Windows 8 | 10 versions.

Achievement Unlocking Issues about ReCore

§ Xbox GamerTag ：

§ Achievement name：any one of all

§ Game/App title： ReCore

§ Platform (Xbox 360/One/Windows 8/Windows Phone/Other)： windows 10

§ Date & time they completed the achievement ： 2016/9/13

I can't get any achievement on this game ,and I followed xbox customer support's advice , it couldn't unlock at all.

Here's something else that's messed up. do you guys see my GT to the side? I just downloaded the make rain game(its the one with the dollar on it) and it's showing up on my tag so something is working at least. I download that game to see if i would have
the same problems with it and i did. So its not just Spartan Strike

never mind. the issue was solved. my 3rd attempt at contacting MS support i finally got someone who knew how to do there job

Friends on Xbox One just do not show up on either Xbox 360 or Windows Phone 8 and only recently can you see them on Xbox.com.

If you want them to show up on WP8, you will need to add them either there or on an Xbox 360. Just let them know that you are doing it as if they leave it pending or reject it in error (eg because they think you're already friends) then it can remove you
as a friend of theirs on Xbox One until they add you back.

The two "friends" that don't show up are ones that we both added each other on Xbox One. Now that you mention it though, all my other friends that I added on 360 show up properly, just not the ones that I added (and vice versa) on Xbox One. But yeah they're
not just followers, definitely friends.
