Windows Mahjong game difficulties

According to the store there was meant to be a support page to provide feedback but there isn't a page provided.

I have discovered a problem with the Windows Mahjong game. I play it frequently and it's a recurring problem specially on the challenge games.

When clicking on a tile that is highlighted, so I know it is active to play, then try to select another tile it says I have made an error and it can't be matched.

After speaking to an ICT technician she has told me that its not my computer at fault but that the hit box on the tiles is incorrect as the game is selecting the tile under the tile I am actually pressing. Specially if the tile I want is slightly left or
right of the inactive tile underneath I find it will not select the top tile at all.

Also with it being on the challenge pages you are against the clock. With the titles not being able to be selected and the hit boxes laid out incorrectly the last few tiles are unable to be selected and I end up loosing the game because even though the tiles
match they will not clear.

The game is very good but does need correcting as this problem seems to be getting worse as the challenges get updated.

Please can this be fixed.

Spider Solitaire

Your recent release of games is having major problems on My Windows 10 Professional system. While playing Spider Solitaire, after a move when trying to go to another area, the game board goes away. When I go back into the game, the correct board is presented,
I play a little further and the same thing happens again.

Mahjong

I will be in the middle of a game, and just after I have selected another pair of tiles, the game will lockup and then the whole Mahjong game will close, also, even though I am logged on to the Xbox stats and download, I will have difficulties and receive
a message HAVING DIFFICULTIES WITH INTERNET CONNECTION and the whole app will fail (My Internet connection is showing no indication of problems).

I am also experiencing difficulties in which I have supposedly started a game and the Icon appears on the taskbar and the game never appears on the desktop. I start task manager and the game never shows up in the active tasks area. Sometimes it appears
in the active tasks area and I have to cancel the task and try to start it again.

 

Problems with Microsoft games on Windows 10

Is anyone else having problems with xbox Microsoft games (Solitaire, Mahjong, Jigsaw) loading in Windows 10?
