Windows 8.1 ''Play To'' Xbox One not playing multiple files automatically

I'm running Windows 8.1, but this problem predates the update. There are no options on the automatic search for anything -- no Apps, Settings, Files or any other options.

After the automatic update of Windows 8 operating system to Windows 8.1 can no longer play Microsoft Solitaire Collection or Microsoft Jigsaw, how can I solve this problem?

In my case I had power management issues and poor performance when I updated to Windows 8.1. Microsoft Solitaire Collection in particular had lots of sound glitches.

After 3+ bad attempts to upgrade to 8.1 (about once a month since 8.1 came out, when I've had time to back up, update, then roll back), I ultimately had to back up all my data, do a factory reset, get all the Windows Updates, then upgrade to Windows 8.1
from a relatively clean install of Windows 8.0.

Hopefully your upgrade goes better than my earlier ones did.

Once you're on Windows 8.1, go to the Store, bring up the settings, go to App Updates, and check for updates. Apps are supposed to update automatically in 8.1, but I've usually had to do the first one manually.

If you've been playing Minesweeper for awhile (I've been playing since April 2013 or so) quite a few of the new achievements will unlock on first play if you've already earned them.

Xbox One is DNA and PlayReady compliant so you should be able to use applications that support these protocols to stream from your PC. In addition, Windows 8.1 directly supports playing video to the Xbox One using the Devices Charm. (Charms bar > Devices
> Play > Choose Xbox One). You must be in a video application on Windows 8.1 in order to work. This does not function with Desktop applications or previous versions of Windows. There are probably other applications out there that can enable this functionality
for non-Windows 8.1 operating systems.

You can watch it on the Xbox One S. If you select system requirements, it shows which platforms you can play it on like the table below. You can also play it on the latest consoles too. The info just hasn't been updated yet.
