    Windows 8.1 Mahjong


    It appears that this game is only working for Windows 10. The rep I chatted with said there is supposed to be a way to change the compatibility for this game. Does anyone know how to access that and if it is really possible? The game now crashes and freezes
    on my laptop with Windows 8.1.

    Solitaire collection will not open???

    Having the same problem since installing Windows 8.1 on both Solitaire & Mahjong.

    sign in problem

    Same for me, Mahjong does not sign in since I updated to Windows 8.1 today.

    Having the same problem since installing Windows 8.1 on both Solitaire & Mahjong.

    Minesweeper, Mahjong, and Solitaire versions appear to have ended at 1.8.x... on Windows 8, while 2.1.x... versions have been available for Windows 8.1. Today's Mahjong update now pushes the version to 2.2.x...

    As there are issues (unlockable new achievements in Minesweeper, Daily Challenge glitchers in Mahjong) in the 1.8.x... versions, I don't know if this will change or not. If the 2.1/2.2.x... versions have Windows 8.1 dependencies, it may not be possible
    to just release them to 8.0 users.

    The inability to unlock the new Minesweeper achievements motivated me to back up, do a factory reset, and get a fairly clean upgrade to 8.1 this weekend, just so that I could get those achievements. Trying to just update to 8.1 with whatever registry/dll/driver
    cruft I had in my 8.0 install led to nothing but problems.

    Mahjong is loosing all sucess

    I have a similar issue. Mahjong shows that it is trying to log into xbox, but never succeeds.

    I have done the wsreset, reinstalled and synced. I have verified that I can log into my xbox.com account. I saw articles indicated Mahjong was broken in the latest Windows 10 preview, but I am on Windows 8.1
