Windows 8.1 cannot find xbox one to use video app with

It is possible that there might be an interference with both of your device's connection settings. For us to isolate the main issue, we suggest that you try changing your Xbox's default name in the Xbox settings which usually resolves cases like this. If

Can you clarify which two episodes are not working correctly?

You'll use the Xbox Video app on your Windows 8.1 PC to watch the content, are the two episodes not appearing in that app? Can you refreshing your purchases from within the settings menu of the Xbox Video app?

You can't download the Movies & TV app onto Windows 8.1 devices, so the issue that you're seeing with that is by design. It's for Windows 10 devices.

@IRB, wrong OS. I wasn't talking about the Windows 8/8.1 app. I'm talking about the Windows PHONE 8.1 app not indexing the video in the Windows PHONE camera roll.

Xbox One is DNA and PlayReady compliant so you should be able to use applications that support these protocols to stream from your PC. In addition, Windows 8.1 directly supports playing video to the Xbox One using the Devices Charm. (Charms bar > Devices
> Play > Choose Xbox One). You must be in a video application on Windows 8.1 in order to work. This does not function with Desktop applications or previous versions of Windows. There are probably other applications out there that can enable this functionality
for non-Windows 8.1 operating systems.
