    Windows 11 - Xbox App launches to white screen


    Not sure what changed but my Xbox app on Windows 11 just launches to a white screen, I can see the minimize, full screen and close buttons, the only way to quit the app is by task manager, it doesn't even show the icon in the taskbar.



    I've tried repairing and resetting the app in windows settings with no resolution, I'm still able to launch games by searching them in the start menu, just odd the app has decided to stop working!



    Even if I go to the Microsoft Store page for the xbox app, it crashes the store - every other store page seems to work fine

    The “Xbox” app on my PC, and “Game Bar” will not work. I tried a bunch of different solutions, I even reset my pc and upgraded from windows 10 > windows 11, but nothing is working. When I open the “Xbox” app it just pops up for a second (black screen with white xbox logo in the middle) then it closes, and “Game Bar” wont open at all. Can someone please help?

    For me, I can stream for like 1 minute only then the screen went totally blank on Xbox App on Windows.

    To switch Xbox account on Windows 11, try the following steps:

    Close the Xbox app.

    Go to Windows Settings.

    Click on Accounts.

    Select Email & accounts.

    Click on the Microsoft account associated with the Xbox app.

    Click on Manage.

    Click on Remove.

    Re-add the Microsoft account you want to use.

    Launch the Xbox app and sign in with the new account.

    If the above steps don't work, you can also try clearing the Xbox app's cache by following these steps:

    Close the Xbox app.

    Go to Windows Settings.

    Click on Apps.

    Find the Xbox app and click on it.

    Click on Advanced options.

    Click on Reset.

    Launch the Xbox app and sign in with the new account.

    These steps should help you switch Xbox accounts on Windows 11.
