Windows 11 - HID Compliant Controller: Critical

    Hello Dave C2022,

May we ask if you have connected the controller wirelessly and if you also have access to another PC to test the issue?

Also, since you were using this on an iPad or Android device you would not see any time of HID compliant. It sounds like maybe the controller is no longer holding a charge or working properly when unplugged from a device. Also, how old is this controller and are they within warranty? Maybe it's time for a repair or replacement.

We are looking forward to your response.

We will be glad to follow up and help you.

Windows 11 - HID Compliant Controller: Critical

Problem only started since I got this new laptop 2 weeks ago. Previously only was connected to ipad or android device and never showed this setting.

No changes to controller (heat, dropping etc).

Only use duracell batteries, not rechargeable.

    No 3rd party controller drivers.

I have finally been able to get a usb cable and update my controller however this has not changed the critical status.

Controller works fine now with is plugged in via usb as it does not show the that HID status at all but if I unplug and put in brand new batteries, it goes back to showing as critical and no battery power...
