    Windows 11 Gaming Services

When I try to launch a game through the Xbox app on my Windows 11 PC it takes me to the Windows store and shows me Gaming Services, which is already downloaded. I have tried the suggested fixes, and nothing has helped. I own Gamepass Ultimate, and the games I try to play are downloaded. I have tried Terminating, Rebuilding, and Restarting Gaming services from the settings, and I have used the PowerShell commands that were suggested on another post.

    Any help will be apricated.

    Thank you.

    :)

I did it. The error still persisted. The Xbox app wasn't even letting me verify files, so I reinstalled it, repaired and reset gaming services in settings, and reinstalled a couple games, and now it looks like it works now.

I'll add to this post if anything else comes up.

    Thank you for your help!

Tried SFC and uninstalling the windows update.

No luck yet. Still just opens the windows store page for Gaming Services with no prompts.

SFC said there were some corruptions it couldn't fix.

Is this message appearing with an specific game?

    Or with all your games?

And it seems that you already tried most of the usual troubleshooting steps.

Let's try first running the SFC tool to find possible system corruptions and repair them:

Did you download Windows 11 ISO file, right?
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo... 11

If yes, double click on it, and press the setup.exe

If doesn't give you the option to upgrade, can be that you downloaded the Windows 10 ISO

And don't worry, sometimes mistakes happen.

Also, if you're able to do it, will be great if you shared pictures when necessary

The only option it gives me is to download it to a USB or dvd to install it on another computer. It doesn't seem to match up with the tutorial. Apologies if I'm just being stupid.
